Responsibilities

As a Field Operations Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Drive consistency in process execution and data governance to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Manage deal desk and provide deal structure support for the region, collaborating with sales teams on pricing and contract terms.
  • Manage territory assignments and ensure optimal coverage and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to the APJ leadership team by delivering insightful reporting.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in the Cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
