Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Specialist to join our growing organization. This role will play a key part in supporting the continuous improvement of our planning, tracking, and execution methodologies across Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Data teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be detail-oriented, and work cross-functionally to ensure high visibility, accountability, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in evolving and standardizing planning and tracking methodologies across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Data.
  • Implement and configure project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira) to support workflows, reporting, and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain and publish clear dashboards and reports that reflect the status of key deliverables. Proactively flag risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Work closely with product and engineering leaders to ensure project risks are surfaced early and mitigation plans are established.
  • Define, collect, and analyze operational and engineering KPIs. Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and highlight improvement areas.
  • Align engineering with support teams to streamline the incident resolution process and reduce turnaround time.
  • Help drive Agile maturity across the organization through coaching and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to regular planning, review, and retrospective sessions that ensure alignment and strong execution discipline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Project/Program Management or PMO role, preferably in a high-tech or software development environment
  • Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software development, including on-premise products
  • Proficiency with Jira and other project tracking tools
  • Strong data orientation with experience in creating dashboards, reports, and process metrics
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
