Description

Prospera is looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer with 5+ years of experience working in a professional design environment with a true passion for innovation and digital products.

As a product designer at Prospera, you will take part in shaping the future of the ag-tech industry. You will be tackled with unique audiences and complex ideas and will turn them into beautiful and simple experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead all design activities at Prospera, across the board:

  • Create designs involving complex UX systems to deliver gorgeous, easy-to-use experiences
  • Develop and maintain Prospera’s design system - to be used across multiple mediums and platforms, in alignment with our brand guidelines
  • Research the experiences and design elements of Propsera’s competitors (and relevant references from other industries), and create inspiration boards for relevant projects
  • Perform usability testing with our customers, to validate new concepts and designs
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and marketing team members while developing and delivering new designs

Requirements

  • +5 years of proven experience working in a professional design environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing top web/mobile design skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-taught, curious, fast learner, fast to respond
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • A natural tendency to take initiative and drive projects forward
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • A can-do approach, and a collaborative attitude
  • “Hybrid” mode of work
  • 1-2 travels a year to meet customers & remote team members
