As we move from laboratory to field, we’re now looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a creative mindset to lead the launch of our novel banana products.

Job Purpose

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our pipeline of banana products. From market insights to messaging, you’ll help shape how our products are seen, understood, and adopted around the world.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for our pipeline of banana products.
• Establish product pricing for launches.

• Create commercial strategy and plans to achieve growth and development of the portfolio aligned with company goals.

• Collaborate across teams (R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Communications) to align messaging and delivery.

• Translate complex science into clear, compelling narratives.

• Manage marketing campaigns and content creation.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and guide strategy.

• Track product performance and grower feedback to refine positioning and growth.

Requirements

Essential

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience in product management and market launches.
• Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset.
• Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and building brands with purpose.
  

Desirable

• BSc or above within Agriculture, Plant Biology or a related field.
• Background in agricultural biotechnology, FMCG or a science-driven industry is a plus.
